The future of wireless with pCell technology The new innovative technology called "pCell", which has been developed by Artemis, is considered a great mile-stone achievement in the history of wireless communication. This technology designs a multiuser wireless system that allows cooperation between distant-located transceivers to achieve extremely large multiplexing gain and spectral efficiency where each user can get his own personal cell and utilize the full spectrum delivered by the service provider without affecting other users' performance. Basically, by forming and establishing individual spaces of coherent signal with high signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) around the antenna of each user, pCell generates independent spatial links to multiple users, thus delivering over an order of magnitude increase in the spectral efficiency with respect to current technologies available in the market.
